I’ve been busy working in my backyard lately, and haven’t had time to make myself something decent for lunch. These are so easy and simple to make and they are great served with veggie sticks!
Buffalo Chicken Wraps
8 breaded chicken breast pieces
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 large tortillas (I used whole wheat)
1 large tomato
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Bake chicken as directed on package. Assemble all ingredients onto the wraps and enjoy!
